This equipment features three separate functional sections: an inlet pre-chamber, main blasting chamber and post-cleaning chamber. Workpieces travel smoothly through all zones on an inverter-driven roller conveyor. The travel speed can be adjusted from 0.5m/min up to 4m/min. We customize the total roller length to match the maximum dimension of your workpieces.
Blast turbines and internal openings are positioned to align precisely with the contour and size of your parts. Every blast wheel uses wear-resistant materials, with individual power output ranging from 7.5 kW to 45 kW, delivering stable and powerful blasting performance.
Inside the rear cleaning chamber, rotating brushes work alongside high-pressure air nozzles. They sweep and blow residual dust off workpiece surfaces before parts exit the machine.
This roller conveyor model integrates seamlessly into complete processing lines for steel plates and beams, covering upstream cutting, blasting, painting and post-paint drying operations.
It is fitted with high-quality cartridge dust collectors to satisfy environmental regulations, keeping exhaust dust levels below 30mg/m³.
